One of the great joys of worship is to be with people who love the Lord and have a desire to experience the Divine presence of God. In welcoming you to the web site of First Baptist Church of Sherwood, we pray that you can come worship with us and experience that presence of God in your life, hear the call of God on your life, and have the freedom to respond to that call in faith and trust.
Our purpose at First Baptist is to lift up Jesus with a simple and clear message of His love. Our purpose is to equip every believer with a clear understanding of their Spiritual Gifts, and to provide a place and opportunity for ministry. We preach the Bible “simple and true,” and believe it has the power to change lives.
